Overview

Weblta provides specialized eCommerce development services (“The System”) for raw pet food brands. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide:

• Shopify Theme Development & Customization
• Custom Liquid Programming (Calculators, Validators)
• Subscription App Configuration (ReCharge, Skio, etc.)

Intellectual Property (The Important Part)

Upon full payment, the Client owns the final website code, design assets, and calculator logic created specifically for their project. Weblta retains the right to reuse generic code libraries (e.g., standard layout snippets) for other projects, but your specific brand logic belongs to you.

Payments & Refunds

• Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure a development slot. This is non-refundable as it reserves resources.

• Completion: The remaining 50% is due upon project launch or 60 days after start, whichever comes first.

Limitation of Liability

Weblta is a development partner. We are not responsible for:

• Shopify platform outages.
• Third-party app failures (e.g., if Canada Post’s API goes down).
• Issues caused by client modifications to the code after launch.

 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
